Yes, you need to create an account to create and personalize a card. Registration is quick and free—you can sign up with your email address. Once registered, you can browse our card collection, personalize your message, and choose between digital or physical delivery.
Card pricing is displayed on our website and may vary between digital and physical cards. Digital AR cards have a fixed price. Physical printed cards include the card price plus shipping, which depends on your chosen delivery method (Budget, Standard, Express, or Overnight). You can see the full price breakdown before checkout.
Your card remains available online indefinitely. Recipients can view their digital card anytime via the unique link we send them. You can also access all your cards from your profile page under "My Cards" to view, edit delivery details, or resend if needed.
Yes. Each card has a unique share URL that is not searchable or listed publicly. Only people with the direct link can view the card. If you need to change the link because it was shared with the wrong people, please contact us and we can help.
Digital AR Card: The recipient receives an email with a link to view the card online. On mobile devices, they can also experience an augmented reality (AR) view by pointing their camera at the card. Digital cards are delivered instantly or at a scheduled time.
Physical Printed Card: We print your personalized card and ship it to the recipient's address. You can schedule when you want it to arrive (e.g., for a birthday) or send it immediately. Physical cards go through our print partner and are delivered by mail.
To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" (or use the password reset link). Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to set a new password. You can use the same process if you've forgotten your current password.
To change your password while logged in, go to your profile or account settings and look for the password change option.
You can change your email address from your account profile page. Go to your profile, find the email field, update it, and save your changes. You may need to verify the new email address before it takes effect.
You can log out by going to your account or profile page and clicking the logout button. On mobile, the logout option is typically found in the menu or profile section.
If the AR view player shows a permission error or the camera doesn't work, you may have previously blocked access. Here's how to allow it again on your mobile device.
Alternative: Open the Settings app → Safari → Camera → set to Allow or Ask.
Motion sensors (AR tracking): Go to Settings → Safari → Motion & Orientation Access and turn it ON if the AR experience needs device motion.
After changing settings, close the tab and open your card link again.
Or use Settings app → Safari → Camera (Chrome on iOS uses Safari's camera settings).
Via Chrome settings: Menu (⋮) → Settings → Site settings → Camera → find the site and set to Allow.
If camera is blocked at the device level, go to Android Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → enable Camera.
When personalizing your card, you can use our AI to generate message suggestions. Choose the occasion (e.g., Birthday, Thank You), tone (Formal, Casual, Funny), recipient type (Friend, Family, Coworker), and length (Short, Medium, Long). Our AI will generate several message options for you to pick from or use as inspiration. You can also write your own custom prompt for a more personalized result. There is a limit on how many AI generations you can use per card to keep the service fair for everyone.
Yes! You can always type your own message directly. The AI suggestions are optional—use them as inspiration or ignore them and write exactly what you want. You have full control over the text, font, color, and placement on the card.
Yes. For both digital and physical cards, you can continue to personalize the message and card content after checkout until you send it. Once a card has been sent, it cannot be modified.
For physical cards, the destination country is locked at checkout and cannot be changed afterwards. Make sure the country is correct before paying.
Reminders help you remember important dates like birthdays or anniversaries. You create reminders from the Reminders page in your account, where you can save the recipient's name, email, and date. When creating a card, you can select a saved reminder to quickly fill in the recipient details and delivery date. This saves time when you're sending cards to the same people regularly.
After you pay for a digital card, you can either send it immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time. When it's time to send, we email the recipient with a link to view the card. They can open the link on any device—on mobile, they can also enjoy the AR experience. You can add the recipient's email before or after checkout, and you can resend the card if needed from your "My Cards" page.
If the recipient didn't receive the email, it may have gone to their spam or junk folder. Ask them to check there first. You can also copy the card link from your "My Cards" page and send it to them directly (e.g., via text or another email). If you need to resend the delivery email, use the resend option on the card's share or delivery page. Before resending, double-check that the recipient's email address is correct in your account.
Before the card is sent: Yes. Go to your "My Cards" page, open the card, and edit the delivery details. You can update the recipient's email address and then send the card.
After the card is sent: Delivery details cannot be changed. To send the card link to another email address, use the Share button on the card page, then type the email address in the "Send test email" field and click the button. The recipient will receive the same card link. For physical cards, the address cannot be changed after the order has been submitted for printing—contact us if you need help with a physical card that hasn't been sent yet.
Yes. For digital cards, you can set a specific date and time for delivery when creating or editing the delivery. For physical cards, after payment you can choose an approximate target arrival date. Our system calculates when to submit the order for printing based on that date, but exact delivery timing depends on production and shipping—we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day. You can also choose "Send Now" to have it printed and shipped immediately.
Order in advance to ensure your card arrives on time. Production takes about 3 days, plus shipping time. Budget shipping typically takes 7–14 days, Standard 5–7 days, Express 2–3 days, and Overnight 1–2 days. Plan for at least 10–15 days for Standard delivery, or use Express/Overnight if you need it sooner. You can schedule a target arrival date when editing your delivery after payment—we'll submit the order for printing at the right time.
We offer several shipping methods: Budget (7–14 days, most economical), Standard (5–7 days), Express (2–3 days), and Overnight (1–2 days). Shipping costs vary by method and destination. You select your preferred option at checkout before payment. The shipping cost is added to your order total.
Yes. You can choose a physical printed card from the start when creating your card. The digital AR experience is available for digital cards. If you order a physical card, the recipient will receive the printed card by mail. You can schedule when it should arrive (e.g., for a special occasion) or send it immediately after payment.
Physical cards are printed by our print partner and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and the recipient's location. You can track the status of your order from your "My Cards" page. If your card hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it.
