When you place an order through the Services, you agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information. Prices, fees, and taxes will be displayed at checkout. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it you grant iGreet a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Services may integrate with or link to third‑party services (such as payment providers, printing and delivery partners, or app stores). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGreet disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGreet and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order or service giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
